We will analyse business proposals and liase with clients accountants. We make sure all leases and agreements are correctly drafted to suit clients business circumstances. We will form a company and if required draft a shareholders agreement. We advise on what form of trading is most suited to a client whether sole trader, partnership or a company. We can also advise on employment issues and GST implications. We will supervise business transactions through to settlement.
