Peter Michael Joyce – LLB - (retired)
Founded the firm in 1970. Michael attended St Bedes
College in Christchurch and completed his law degree at Canterbury University. Michael retired from the firm in 2006 but maintains contact
with the firm. His knowledge of commercial and property transactions is much
valued by many of our clients.
John Andrew Spence – LLB -
Partner:
John joined the firm in 1980. John was educated at De La
Salle College Mangere East. He graduated from Auckland University in 1980. He
concentrates on family law, conveyancing, commercial, wills, trusts and
estates.
Poi Ngatokorua Teei – BA, LLB -
Partner:
Poi joined the firm in 1988. He grew up in Auckland
and went to Richmond Road Primary and then Mt Albert Grammar. He graduated
from Auckland University with a BA and an LLB. Poi
handles court matters, family, traffic, conveyancing, trusts, estates and immigration.
Cherie
Phillips – LLB,
GradDip Tchg (ECE) – Staff solicitor – Cherie graduated in 1994. She joined the firm in
2007. She deals with family court matters, debt collection and conveyancing
matters.
Willem
Strauss – BCom, LLB
– Staff solicitor
Willem joined our firm this year
(2008). He brings many years of conveyancing and commercial knowledge to the
firm. He has taken over much of Michael’s work which covers the areas
of commercial sales and purchases, conveyancing, estates and trusts.
Diane
Cross – Legal Executive
Diane has been with the firm for
many years. She has great knowledge in accounts, conveyancing and trusts.
